Ok well I didn’t really stop during Pregooo … I just slowed down to focus on… now baby routine includes workout routine! Yoga has been known to be a relaxing, yet beneficial workout for people who would like to spiritually reconnect with their body and mind. And that is why it is a great workout for women (like Khabonina) who have just had a baby and would like to ease themselves back into some gentle exercise.
