Boity Thulo turned heads in a striking red dress as she attended the unforgettable live concert of legendary composer and producer Lebo M in Cape Town. The show, held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at the Grand Arena at GrandWest, was a celebration of nearly 40 years of collaboration between Lebo M and world-famous composer Hans Zimmer.
The event was more than just a concert—it was a powerful moment in music history. Lebo M and Hans Zimmer first worked together on The Power of One and went on to create some of the most iconic film music, including the award-winning score for The Lion King. The Cape Town performance brought their legacy to life with the help of the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, The Soweto Spiritual Singers, The Ndlovu Youth Choir, Nkosinathi Shabalala, and Refi Sings.
Hans Zimmer also joined as a special guest, making the night even more magical for fans in the audience. The energy, the sound, and the passion on stage were a perfect tribute to the duo’s decades-long journey in the world of music and film.
Lebo M later reflected on the night and took to social media to express his appreciation. He shared emotional words with his followers:
