Real Housewives Of Johannesburg Reveals The Cast Members That Have Been Axed From Season3. The housewives of Johannesburg are set to make a comeback and reality TV lovers are rather excited. It’s no surprise that every season returns with a few changes made to the show however, this upcoming season the reality franchise has not only made notable changes to the show itself but also the cast.

It has been confirmed by reports that three ladies from the cast will not be returning to the upcoming third season of the show. RHOJ OG’s Christall Kay and Brinnette Seopela are said to have been axed by the show while new comer DJ Tira’s wife Gugu Khathi is also said to have been booted from the cast.

According to reports, Kay had no idea that she would be removed from the cast and was in the dark for the entire decision. According to sources, Christall was unaware that the production had green lit a third season of the show and had already commenced with shoot until recently.

Gugu and Brinnette who happen to be bff’s apparently made the conscious decision to sit this season out on account of personal reasons. Seopela didn’t delve much into what these personal reasons are but has made it clear that she wants no association with the franchise anymore. If we all recall, the show was supposed to return during the year 2021 but was halted following an altercation between the three ladies that went from zero to a hundred really quickly.

Kay took the legal route after she was socked in the eye by co-star Brinnette Seopela and her bestie Gugu Khathi, following an argument they had at a club in Pretoria. The production was halted after Christall was taken to the hospital where she was treated for her injuries that included swollen blue eye and a busted lip.

Media reports have confirmed that the new cast will be revealed in the coming months and we are excited to see who the new queens on the block will be. The Real Housewives franchise seems to be making a lot of changes to the show after announcing the upcoming season 2 of the Durban edition.

It has been confirmed that two of the Durban ladies Ayanda and Kgomotso have parted ways with the show while three new ladies have been added. Two of the new Housewives have been confirmed to be Uthando Nesthembu reality star Thobile Mseeku and influencer Londie London. Details on when the show will be premiering are still to be confirmed but we are super excited for this one.
