Junior Singo who plays the character of Mpho took to Twitter to share with his fans that Wednesday was his last day to appear on Generations The legacy as he will be assuming another role on a another soapie
Singo said he’d provide details on why he’s leaving later on today. He asked his fans to guess the next soapie he was joining.
“Tonight is the last time you’ll see me on #GenerationsTheLegacy. I’ll be starting on another show as a long lost son of a very prominent rich family. The perfect husband and father will have his past pop up. You wanna guess the show? I’ll speak on my reasons for leaving @8.25.” Nathaniel posted.
Since its the 1st of April, most fans took the news as an April Fool’s joke highlighting that Junior was messing with them.
Those who took the announcement seriously expressed their sadness but wished the best of luck to Singo.
