Red Bull Blames Technical Glitch as Fans Rush for Day 3 Symphonic Tickets

Red Bull has addressed the frustrating ticketing chaos that unfolded during the highly anticipated release of tickets for the third night of their upcoming Red Bull Symphonic concert featuring Amapiano sensation Kelvin Momo.

Fans were left disappointed and confused after experiencing delays and errors while trying to secure tickets for the newly added concert date. Now, Red Bull has broken its silence and released an official statement shedding light on what really happened.

“Due to high demand, technical difficulties were experienced by our ticketing partner, and unfortunately, a majority of the Red Bull Symphonic tickets were unable to be processed today. Tickets for Night 3 will be available on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. Turn your notifications on for updates!” the brand shared on its social platforms.

The announcement follows Red Bull’s earlier reveal of a bonus night — set for 08 June 2025 at The Teatro, Montecasino — after the initial two shows on 06 and 07 June sold out within hours. Fans who missed out were ecstatic at the opportunity for a third chance, only to face a digital roadblock due to the overwhelming demand crashing the system.

Despite the hiccup, excitement for the event is at an all-time high. With Kelvin Momo teaming up with Adam Howard and the Egoli Symphonic Orchestra, the show promises an electrifying fusion of Amapiano rhythms and classical symphonic arrangements.

Red Bull acknowledged the demand in a light-hearted Instagram caption, “You really turned up and kinda broke the internet! Keep your notifications on.” The new ticket release date has been moved to Wednesday, 30 April 2025, and fans are encouraged to act fast — as this may be their final chance to experience one of the year’s most innovative live music events.
