Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi says his side will be focused on securing all three points against Richards Bay FC at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday.
The Phefeni Glamour Boys are currently in seventh place on the league table with seven points from five matches and are looking to move up the table.
However, the Tunisian tactician, who was brought in to help turn things around after a disastrous campaign last season, has conceded that it will not be an easy game against the Natal Rich Boyz.
The Kwazulu-Natal based outfit have had a woeful start to the season and currently sit in a precarious 13th place in the Betway Premiership.
“I think the situation for Richards Bay is not good. I’m sure they will give 200% for this game, not because they are playing Kaizer Chiefs, but because they need positive results,” Nabi said.
After their 4-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns in the Carling Knockout quarterfinals, Nabi believes it’s even more crucial for Amakhosi to bounce back.
I’ve discussed this with my players and we respect Richards Bay. I know the they will give 200% to achieve a good result for them.
“But I don’t have another solution but only to get three points. I want to win, especially after the game against Sundowns, the club needs to win this game we give 200%,” he said.
