Watch! Nomalanga Shozi Goes Public With Her DJ Baby Daddy. It’s been almost two weeks since media personality and actress Nomalanga Shozi announced her pregnancy in style to the world. Fans were left wondering and curious as to who the beauty’s partner that she is expecting her first child with is.
Nomalanga’s work family, BET Africa held a baby shower for her and in attendance was her baby daddy, one half of the MajorLeague DJs, Bandile Mbele. The parents to be made their first official appearance as a couple and couldn’t seem more in love as they celebrated their upcoming bundle of joy whose gender they revealed….it’s a girl!
In a clip shared on BET Africa’s page, Nomalanga gave an insight on her and Bandile’s journey to parenthood.
“I am petrified! We might be looking bright and shiny on the outside but on the inside, it’s like, bro, this is the most permanent thing I probably will ever do in my life. And, first and foremost, I respect that. I know Bandile likes to joke a lot but it’s quite a serious thing,” she shared.
“Ultimately, at the end of the day, it’s about how we approach this challenge, how we see it, and how we collaborate on it. I hope we’re going to have that energy between the two of us no matter what happens. I know everyone spoke about how much we’ve been through, but you all need to mind your business. In terms of being mom and dad, it’s a new one for us but like they say in this industry, next script, please. We’ll just get into it, put our backs into it, and do our best to make each of you proud. Our baby is so happy, she’s been kicking,” the mama to be added.
In attendance at the baby shower was Bandile’s twin, Banele, their friends Cassper Nyoset and Carpo, Mihlali Ndamase and fellow mom to be, Ayanda Thabethe. Watch what went down in a video below.
