That is what happened to Tv personality K Naomi, who once thought that her husband was popping the big question.
Taking to Instagram, Naomi shared a funny story of the day her now husband gave her a box on their anniversary which had a gift inside. The TV personality shared a picture of the gold Versace box, claiming that she thought her husband known as Tshepo was proposing to her. This of course confused her, as she thought the box was weird for a marriage proposal.
Little did she know that inside was the house keys which was the actual gift. This is definitely a hilarious memory considering that she got her perfect princess proposal and is spending the rest of her life with her best friend.
“One of our anniversary’s my husband gave me this box and I thought he was proposing but I was confused because ‘who proposes with a Versace box’? Lol anyway he was gifting me with the house key” she wrote.
We don’t know about you but something tells us that Naomi is not the only lady who totally misread a moment like this with their partner.
A few months ago, k Naomi revealed her bae planned the most beautiful proposal at a winery with a full orchestra, a big sign that says marry me and of course some expensive wine to toast. The TV personality has since been sharing the amazing personal milestones that have since followed.

Naomi gushed over her partner and loved ones who all got together to throw her an unforgettable baby show. She shared how grateful she is to be surrounded by love during one of her biggest milestones.

The mother to be gushed about her lobola cows which met the expectations of her family in terms of health and quantity. Naomi looked gorgeous in a blue traditional dress and a head wrap while her husband also looked great in his traditional attire next to her.
