She also shared more about the changes that her body has been experiencing including her hormones that have been up and down. K Naomi also revealed how not being able to do things for herself has also added more pressure but she knows that God doesn’t give people loads that they can’t handle.
“It really is quite intense, the rollercoaster, emotions, mental health, physical body changes and health, sacrifices and not just thinking about yourself or doing what you want anymore is a lot” she wrote.
