Zainab Kamara, a Sierra Leonean lady, had her scissors removed from her pelvic area seven years after a doctor’s carelessness had left her in that situation.

Kamara, who had a Caesarian operation and lost a baby at Port Loko, was tormented with persistent pains after the doctor who performed surgery on her failed to remove the surgical scissors in her stomach, which later moved to her pelvic region.

She has been suffering with this agony for 7 years, and that an X-ray was performed on her, with the results revealing that her scissors are in the pelvic area, according to reports. Doctors were hesitant to do the operation because they believed it was unsafe.

The Scissors were retrieved from the Masanga Hospital in Tonkolili District after 7 years by a specialist from another country.

WIMSAL President Femi Jarret Coker, in a Facebook post, is pleading with the government and the Ministry of Health and Sanitation to probe the Doctor for such a heinous mistake, as well as urging people with similar concerns to speak up.

Meanwhile, In a forest invasion involving 500 police officers and 22 helicopters, Dairo Antonio Usuga, Columbia’s most dangerous drug lord has been apprehended.
