This is another example that love always wins following veteran actor Sello Maake KaNcube’s happily ever after story that has played out in front of us. The Queen actor is head over heals with his partner Pearl Mbewe and they are ready to take their commitment to the next level.
Taking to social media, the actor revealed that Pearl said yes after he got down on one knee and popped the big question. The excited husband to be introduced his soon to be bride to the public, claiming that he has now found the one. Sello shares that he had given up on love before but now that he has found the love that he has been longing for, he is now ready to tell his love story.
“She said yes! Meet my wife @Solopearl. I made her the one and I never longed to find anyone anymore .. I had made peace with being single but now I know and ready to tell my story. Being happy is the way and she holds her own… @Solopearl I love you..” he wrote.
Fans congratulated the actor on his engagement and wished he and his partner all the best for the future.
Maake was once married to Palesa Mboweni in 2013, but the two called it quits after 8 months following reports of his ex wife setting two of his cars on fire, gave all his clothes away, and locked him out of the house. This is when the actor chose to call it quits and served his now ex wife with divorce papers.
Fast forward a couple of years later, the actor has once again found love and he is making sure to celebrate it every moment he gets.
The actor recently posted about how grateful he is for finding a soulmate in Pearl and expressed his gratitude in an appreciation post to his love on twitter. The Station actor posted a photo of himself and his lady on a date gushing over how perfect she is for him.
“Most comfortable soul to rest my soul onto, She is not perfect but she is perfect for me” he wrote.
The pair share a 22 year age gap but the public doesn’t seem to phased by it and the actor has commented on how amazing it is that the public have shown immense support for his relationship upon revealing it. The actor continued to celebrate his new found happiness expressing how tomorrow is not guaranteed which is why he is taking the time to celebrate his love today.
