Reality TV Producer Legend Manqele Breaks Silence On Allegations That He Leaked Mohale’s Interview. The skeleton’s in Somizi and Mohale’s union have been exposed following a viral audio of Mohale making allegation of abuse in his marriage. This was around the time when Somizi was shooting his reality show and Mohale was interviewed by the show’s producer Legend Manqele.
BarLeader CEO Legend Manqele has responded to allegations that he leaked the dooming audio that put a stamp on the separation of the couple. In the audio, Mohale is heard speaking to the reality show producers about the alleged abuse sustained in the relationship. Among the many accusations that Mohale made about his estranged husband, he also revealed that the physical abuse began three weeks into their relationship.
In a statement that was later released my the Rockville actor, he revealed that he had no intent of leaking the video and had no knowledge of who may have distributed the clip. Mohale shared that he didn’t intend on ruining Somizi’s reputation and wanted a chance to tell his own story when the time was right.
“I wish to make it clear that it has never been my intention to have the private details of my marriage exposed in the public nor will it ever be my intention to cause disrepute to his image” the statement reads.
Legend has since come out refuting claims of having any involvement in the leaking of the video. The popular producer also expressed his shock after discovering that the audio had gone viral
“I was also shocked when I discovered that the recording had been leaked” he said.
According to reports, Legend’s production company will not be continuing to shoot Somizi’s Living The Dream’ reality show based on a business decision, insisting that there are no hard feeling between him and the Idols SA judge.
