Veteran Actress Tamara Jozi Passes On. The South African entertainment industry has mourned many talented artists who have passed on. It seems like the industry has been dealt another heavy blow after media reports confirmed the death of veteran actress Tamara Jozi.
The news was shared through her agencies twitter account Trinity Management on Wednesday, where they paid tribute to the late actress. Details pertaining to the cause of her death have not yet been revealed however, the Sunday World publication has reported that she had suffered a short illness before her passing.
Her daughter, Ziyanda Jozi, confirmed that the actress died on Tuesday and a family statement would soon follow.
The news of Jozi’s death was revealed on Wednesday and tributes from her fans have since been poring in. Jozi featured in many productions and adverts such as Soul City, Secrets and Lies, Rhythm City and the SABC1 drama series Society and After 9.
