It is no secret that the ageless actress loves to hit the gym, and she makes staying in shape a priority for her. Connie usually post videos of herself gruelling it at the gym and shares her workout routines with her followers on staying healthy and fit.
The award-winning actress has recently raised many eyebrows after she shared a video on her IG story that left many motivated to make their fitness their utmost priority.
In the short video, her super-healthy father Ntate Fish Masilo is seen doing some serious workouts at his home. She also mentioned that her father will be turning 85 on the 22 of May and she could not help but continue to eulogize him.
Connie usually takes to her account to serve her fans with some father-daughter goals and the two are one of the most loved duo’s in the industry.
Connie’s mother died in 2013 but the actress recently took to her Instagram account to remember her with a post that warmed the hearts of many of her followers.
“Moms, I will never stop loving you. Never stop missing you. I cherish all the memories I have of you. Sometimes your physical absence doesn’t feel real. Sometimes I think it’s all a dream, that I’ll wake up to a text message from you first thing in the morning. Those were my favorite!” she wrote.
“I believe with all my being that you have been most present in your absence, that you are advocating for us on the other side, cheering us on and celebrating our successes. I learned unconditional love from you. It’s a legacy I carry proudly in my heart, knowing that you are and will always be there.” she added.
