Bongani Fassie Scores His Very Own Reality Show. Sithi Hooray as reports have confirmed that former Jozi froup member and award winning musician and producer Bongani Fassie is coming back to the small screen with a brand new reality show. We have seen many of our local celebs such as Moonchild Sanelly, Busiswa and many more score their own reality shows and we are excited that Bongani is on the list.
The son of legendary singer Brenda Fassie has bagged a reality show titled Finding Bongani which will premier on Moja Love on June 5th 2021. According to the channel, Fassie will be delving into how Bongani has been coping with life since the passing of his mother 17 years ago and how he is managing with loss of his mother’s multi million’s.
According to the Daily Sun, the show will also uncover the whereabouts of those who promised to support the then young Bongani after the loss of his mother. In the trailer shared by the channel, we can gage that his family and close family friends who knew his mother will be featured on the show, to share Bongani’s story to the the viewers and all the challenges he has faced including alcohol and drug abuse.
The trailer also features Kuli Roberts who seems to have witnessed Bongani’s struggles, claiming that she once thought that he would one day take his own life.
