Singer and TV presenter Molemo Maarohanye, popularly known as Jub Jub, has taken to his Instagram account to wish his son all the best in life as he celebrates his birthday.
He wrote: “Happy birthday my boy, in this life I want nothing but the best for you… you growing up so fast and I can’t wait to wrap my arms around you. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH”
Jub Jub is a proud father if two, his 11-year-old son is the fruit of his relationship with singer and reality star Kelly Khumalo and a baby girl.
The rapper missed most of his son’s life after he was sentenced to prison for a fatal drag racing incident.
Taking about how he survived in prison during an interview with Slikour, Jub Jub said: “In prison it’s pretty straight forward there is no grey line about it. If you have money, if you don’t have money, family support or you don’t. If you don’t have money or any family support, you are bound to ask for things in prison. You are bound to want to have some sort of survival mechanism inside. That is selling whatever is sellable.”
He is currently doing a decent job in the music industry and is also a presenter for a popular Moja Love Show Uyajola 9/9 on DSTV channel 157.
