Lebo Lion has perfectly explained what it actually means to be a boss.
The renowned business executive made this known in a post she made on her personal social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
According to her, being a “boss” doesn’t mean being a bully, however, it means creating & maintaining boundaries that honour what you are building & honour the people who are helping you build something valuable.
