Lebo Lion has suggested that lamenting over how tired you are or how much you work is unnecessary.
According to the renowned business executive, regularly talking about this won’t make you a harder worker than people who don’t share their daily struggles.
She made this known in a recent social media post she made on her personal social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
The post she made reads;
“Talking about how tired you are, or how much you work doesn’t make you a harder worker than people who don’t share their work struggles. We all choose what we want to share. Some choose to share the good, some choose to share the bad, some share a mix. It’s all valid.”
In an earlier post, she educated social media users on seasons and their respective successes.

According to her, different seasons have different indicators of success adding that there is always an opportunity to succeed in every season of your life, you just need to understand what success looks like for that season.
She urged social media users never to compare it to another season or another persons journey. The post she made reads;
