Nay Maps Pays Homage To The Show That Made His Acting Dream Come True. The Queen actor Nay Maps took the time to remember his humble beginnings and thanked the show that gave him a shot at making all his acting dreams come true.
Maps took to Instagram in a lengthy post to give his thanks to Uzalo for casting him with the lead role of Mxolisi. The actor also thanked his former cast mates for believing in him and motivating him , even though he was a new comer in the industry.
“To the TV Show that put me on……that believed in me….. And trusted me with a LEAD ROLE to portray the character of a young good kid named Mxolisi from Kwa-Mashu KZN who grew up in Jhb and returns to his family and discovers the truth about his past – @uzalo_sabc1 ” Nay wrote.
Uzalo was Nay’s break out role in the acting industry and he has since moved on and joined Mzansi Magic’s The Queen as ‘Dingane Khoza’ not to mention becoming one of Mzansi’s favourite silver screen actors and everyday man crush’s.
