Top Billing Presenters React To The Show Ending After 27 Years! Last week the news broke that luxury TV show Top Billing was coming to an end with its last episode featuring its creator Basetsana Khumalo airing this past Saturday.
Besides the fans of the show, the news must have hit the presenters and everyone who worked on it the hardest. Top Billing has had many different different presenters throughout the years. From Ursula and Nico, Jeanie D and Janez, Jonanthan and the late Simba to Lorna and Tumisho, Bonang and Maps, we’ve all seen them live their best life jet-setting around the world in luxury.
Some of the presenters took to social media expressing what being part of the show meant for them. Check out what they had to say below.
“Thank you #TopBilling for giving me the best of the good life for so many years and for inspiring me to work harder and smarter. What an incredible journey it has been with the team and I am eternally grateful to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this show what it was. Good night and God bless,” Jo-Ann Strauss wrote on Instagram.
“As I take a bow to one of the most meaningful experiences of my life , @topbillingtv had always been a childhood dream and receiving the honor of being chosen as one of the presenters for this long running show was an honor beyond my wildest dreams. I’m beyond grateful. As we close the curtain on this wonderful chapter , I’m honored to deliver to you the last show tonight although with great sadness the appreciation is even deeper,” Ayanda sai on her experience with the show.
