Hulisani Opens Up About How Her Family Felt About Her Breakup With Psyfo! It’s been almost a year since Hulisani and Psyfo quietly called it quits after years together.
Both stars had never commented publicly about their breakup until now. The Destiny Connect June Issue cover girl opened up about how having her family involved in her relationship made her breakup more difficult.
Hulisani admitted that it got to a point where she had to isolate herself from some of her family members whilst coming to terms with her relationship ending.
“I’m very close to both sides of my family. I’m one of 39 first-generation grandchildren – and that’s just on my mom’s side! Even so, I didn’t speak to some family members for several months because they couldn’t accept our decision to end our relationship. I heard: ‘Just give him a chance’ more times than I could bear,” Hulisani said.
