A lot of people have speculated on why DJ Zinhle chose to show her man Brendan Naidoo on social media when it took her years to show AKA when they were still together. The mom of one has even been ‘accused’ of trying to hard to show that she has moved on by displaying her man all over social media. Zinhle clarifies why she went public with her man Brendan.
Speaking to Gareth Cliff, Zinhle says she wanted to show women it’s possible to have a healthy life, a trusting relationship and success after something like that happens.
“Just a lot of things made sense for me to be okay and open about it. It seems like I’m open about Brendan but really I’m just open with all aspects of my life, you know. Success t work, with love, everything because I came to a realization that everything that happened to me happened so that I can make women see differently about what happens after someone who you thought was the one leaves,” she said.
Zinhle says the tricky part is how people think Brendan is everything to her. “Brendan is part of a big process, he’s an amazing part of the process.
