Actress Florence Masebe was one of the victims of yesterday’s floods. Thankfully the actress and her family managed to come out unharmed but the same can’t be said for her belongings in her home. The flood has caused water to enter her home, leaving her belongings covered in water. Of course, most of her belongings will be broken and damaged, but she is more concerned about the state of her home. When floodwater enters a house, it can cause serious structural and foundation problems, so she will need to contact a company, like 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Northern Virginia, to see if they could get rid of this water and restore her home. They can also check the house for any signs of mold and mildew too, helping the property return to its previous condition. Flooding can be awful, but it’s a great thing that her family was not harmed throughout all of this. Hopefully, she’ll be able to sort her house out soon.
Florence took to social media sharing videos and pics from her home after the floods. “I have no words. Just thankful that the children and I are safe. I have learnt not to question this journey. I’m a little overwhelmed and breaking inside. God knows better than I ever will. This too shall pass,” she wrote.
Check out some of the pics and videos she shared.
