Nomzamo Mbatha has become one of SA’s young besauty icons ever since she stepped on the entertainment scene three four ago. The actress made a shocking revelation whilst inspiring high school girls. “Growing up I didn’t think I was pretty,” says Nomzamo.
The actress told the young girls that she never felt pretty as a young girl but always knew that was not the most important thing. “I didn’t care about that, I didn’t care about how I looked because you know what’s important, here,” she said pointing to her head.
Nomzamo joked that she used to look in the mirror and say, “Yoh, I’m Ugly”. The actress who says motivating the future leaders is her true calling told the young girls how she knew that men cannot stand a girl who is smart and can stand up for herself.
