Truth be told, lately some jobs are just about having the right looks and not the right intelligence or necessary experience that’s required to perform the task at hand.
K Naomi took to Twitter yesterday to express how upset she is over the ‘requirements’ that are set up for most jobs lately. The TV personality expressed that she’s not upset that some people are pretty but she’s upset that their looks and not their experience, skills or education got them the job that they have at the moment.
Noami further explained that woman should get the necessary requirements instead of getting jobs based on their looks, she went on to say that once you have the skills to back up your looks then you have nothing to worry about and people will never question your position or power.
