The week has been all about Sbu and the fabricated Forbes cover that he circulated on social media after MoFaya was recognised as one of the top 3 beverages made in and produced in Africa.
The fabricated cover did not sit well with Forbes as it apparently caused confusion for their readers as to when the magazine with the cover in question will be coming out. Forbes then released a statement letting the public know that they had nothing to do with the cover and that they would take it up with DJ Sbu.
DJ Sbu posted a few pictures of himself at the Forbes offices where it seems that the issue between the two parties was settled amicably. All DJ Sbu has to do now is remove the picture from his social media accounts. Yeah, that’s all Sbu has to do for all of this to go away.

Had a successful meeting with the CEO @ChrisBishopZA at @forbesafrica offices .. Both parties walk away happy & another new solid relationship has been built. Left them with a very cold case of the fastest growing energy drink brand in Africa. #MoFayaorNothing #VuthingAllTheWay #MabasheAbathakathi
