TV personality, producer and sexy hunk Andile Ncube has gotten himself in some seriously boiling water and it’s only getting deeper!
Mbombela local municipality’s acting general manager of community services Rasheed Charles Mutola is being investigated by Mbombela local municipality for wasteful expenditure.
Sowetan reports that Andile Ncube’s company Blackface Media has been named in some of the charges that were made against Mutola.
It is said that Andile Ncube benefited in a tender when the business was only a mere two weeks in the game.
The tender was awarded on January 17 2013.
The 33-year-old X-Factor presenter argued that his company was much older at the time that the tender deal was presented to him.
According to the charge sheet Blackface cost the municipality “wasteful and fruitless expenditure” of R1110535. The charge of misconduct is one of 28 that Mutola, who has been suspended since late last year, faces.
Sowetan reports that the sheet does not clarify what Andile Ncube’s company was hired to do but it is understood it was for the same African Cup of Nations tournament that Mutola was apparently also charged for appointing Jimmy Tau Investments, owned by the former Kaizer Chiefs captain, to supply services.
AndileNcube defended his involvement by saying: “Blackface Entertainment CC was established and registered in 2005 and that’s the company involved in the Mpumalanga tender.”
We hope things go smoothly for Andile, it’s not very good for his reputation to be in this, nobody wants to hire people involved in tender scandals.
