Warming up for the launch of Horizon Forbidden West, Guerrilla Games has released a new trailer that highlights the story of the game that follows Horizon Zero Dawn. In addition to the video offering a preview of what the cutscenes look like, we can also see the return of Aloy’s known allies and also new faces.

In Horizon Forbidden West, Aloy must explore the Forbidden West to try to stop a new plague that threatens life on Earth. She will also encounter many enemies along the way, including the new Regalla tribe and the well-known and ambitious Sylens.

During the journey, the protagonist will have the help of some allies. Varl and Erend, from the first game, feature prominently in the trailer, while Zo, Alva, and Kotallo are all-new characters. New screenshots of the game have also been released. Check it out in the gallery below:
Horizon Forbidden West will arrive on February 18 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 — this will be the last brand exclusive to receive a free cross-gen upgrade.
