Helen Palmer is 104 and remembers what life was like growing up in Glasgow 100 years ago.
Aged three, she appeared in the 1921 census, the records of which have just become available online for the first time.
Helen recalls living in a single-end in the city and going out to play while her sister stayed in to listen to her mother and granny chatting.
