Wallace FerrierArmed police have been dealing with an incident at a flat in Arbroath.
A number of emergency response vehicles were called to Keptie Rad, near Angus College, at about 15:00.
Keptie Street and the the nearby junction have been cordoned off. The college is closed on a Sunday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed that officers were at the scene, dealing with a “concern for person incident”.
