Ethiopia peace talks: How likely are they to succeed?

Ethiopian government officials and Tigrayan forces delegates are meeting in South Africa to try ending a civil war that’s been raging for two years.

The much-awaited talks facilitated by the African Union are the first formal attempt to bring peace.

But how likely are they to succeed?
