Kate Worby and her partner Charlie Skudder have three children, and work multiple jobs to support them.
The couple said they had already stopped socialising and going out for meals, and did not know what else they could cut back on if prices continue to rise.
Kate said she did not know how they would cope, but that they would have to as they have “no other options”.
