But Mr Sherborne asked Mrs Justice Steyn for permission to introduce a witness statement from Harpreet Robertson, the English Football Association’s family liaison officer at the time, suggesting the seats were allocated to someone else [Mrs Robertson herself and security] and that when she asked them to move, the guests refused in abusive terms.
