Text predictions may soon come to Microsoft Teams for Android. Designed to speed up chat communication, the tool gives the user suggestions on how to finalize the message using artificial intelligence, as in Gmail and Outlook.
The feature was found on the company’s official timeline, the Microsoft 365 roadmap, and appeared on the board in late January and is slated for release in April.
Microsoft Teams predictions show the user possible continuations to the message based on what has already been typed. Addition can’t predict very complex sentences, but it can kill a few seconds of typing when completing a routine send, such as goodbyes or greetings.

According to the schedule, the function will come first to the Android version and there is no information on when it will be available on the PC or the web version. Most likely, when the feature is ready, the platform will release it via update.
