New certifications from regulatory bodies in countries such as India and Russia show that Nokia is expected to launch a series of devices soon. In addition to the long-awaited G11 and Nokia G21 entry models, the company will be able to show a tablet and several other cell phones — in total, there were 15 new product codes that appeared in the listings.
However, this does not mean that the brand will launch 15 new products, as the certifications also refer to different versions of the same device, with variations in RAM and internal storage, for example. In addition, it is possible that these devices are aimed at different markets, according to internal strategies defined by Nokia.
Code TA-1401 can already be assigned to Nokia G11, while references to TA-1405 and TA-1418 are related to G21. However, several other models were found at the Russian agency EEC during the months of November and December of last year: codes TA-1421, TA-1424, TA-1428, TA-1432, TA-1433, TA-1441 and TA- 1468 represent products that do not yet have a known trade name.

Four more “mystery” smartphones have appeared in the listings in recent days, with codes TA-1450, TA-1469, TA-1477 and TA-1479. The TA-1457 and TA-1472 models are related to the Nokia T20 tablet, which was presented in October last year with a Unisoc T610 processor, up to 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal storage expandable via Micro SD card and a 10.4 inches.
Meanwhile, the TA-1484 model appeared in the Wi-Fi certification last month, with support for dual-band connection (2.4GHz + 5GHz) and Android 12 as the present operating system. The Bluetooth approval showed that the device will have a MediaTek processor, in addition to being compatible with Bluetooth 5.0.
In India, two models that have not yet been commercially launched appeared with codes TA-1416 and TA-1423. The devices must be assembled by the company Padget Electronics, in local factories.
What could be the new Nokia products
Even though the appearance of the product codes in the listings confirms that Nokia will introduce new devices in the near future, the certifications don’t give much detailed information regarding internal specifications. Therefore, it is not possible to confirm which lines will be updated by the brand — however, it is possible that they are part of the X line of intermediate phones, or even models with more basic specifications, such as the C or G series.
On the other hand, the G11 and G21 models already have some known details, such as the presence of the Unisoc T606 processor, in addition to a triple set of cameras with a 50 MP main sensor and an 8 MP front sensor — these components may be exclusive to the G21. Device batteries should be around 5,000 mAh.
The brand must also be planning a new feature phone with a focus on affordability. It appears on Qualcomm’s Bluetooth 4 and processor certifications, and its code TA-1419 was found in the listing along with devices such as the Nokia 8110 4G, 2720 Flip, 800 Tough, 6300 4G, 8000 4G and 2720 V Flip.
