Motorola is expected to announce new phones from the Edge family soon, but now images of five other smartphones that could hit the market in the next few months have been leaked, with three of them expected to be from the company’s high-end series. The renderings even show a model with a camera under the screen.
The images were leaked by famous whistleblower Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter), and show models codenamed Hawaii+, Dubai, Rogue, Austin and Rhode, the latter of which has 4G and 5G variants. The first three models are thought to be from the Edge family, with the Motorola “Rogue” standing out, which is apparently a variant of the Edge 30 Pro, which will be unveiled later this month.
The main differences should be the front camera hidden under the screen — present in a special version of the Edge X30 sold in China — as well as the positioning of the brand logo that would move to the lower left corner and the fingerprint reader technology, that would go from the side next to the power button to the bottom of the screen.

All smartphones must have a triple set of cameras aligned vertically inside a rectangular module with rounded corners that is positioned in the upper left corner of the back. Apart from “Dubai”, which should bring the fingerprint reader under the screen, they should have biometrics integrated into the power button.
Both Hawaii+, Dubai, Austin and Rhode should have a perforated front camera at the top of the screen. However, the Austin has very thick edges around the panel, especially the bottom. Finally, you can see that to differentiate the Rhode 4G from the Rhode 5G, one will have a matte back cover while the other will have an effect on the cover with several dots around the company logo.
Unfortunately, other information related to these devices has not yet been revealed. It is not known when they will be released, nor if they should arrive with the Edge 30 Pro on February 24. So keep an eye on Kenyannews so you don’t miss any news.
