Lenovo will soon make its newest gaming smartphone representative of the Legion family of devices official, the Lenovo Legion Y90. The device is already being promoted by the brand on its social networks before the launch, and now it has been seen in a test having some of its features revealed.
The powerful phone passed Geekbench, one of the benchmark platforms when it comes to performance tests, with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, the most powerful chipset available for Android phones so far.
There are two 3.0 GHz cores, along with another three with a speed of 2.85 GHz, and another four cores, aimed at energy efficiency, with a clock of 1.78 GHz. The smartphone will run Android 12 from the factory and should bring 18 GB of RAM in one of its versions.

With this set, it was able to record 1,227 test points with only one core and 3,780 test points with full processor capacity.
What to expect from the Legion Y90?
The Lenovo Legion Y90 should be presented with a 6.92-inch AMOLED screen and Full HD+ resolution, with support for a 144 Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 should be one of the main highlights of this model, with up to 18 GB of RAM memory.
About its cameras, it is expected that, like the Legion 2 Pro, it will have a dual rear set consisting of a 64 MP main sensor and a 16 MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, a retractable module can house a 44 MP camera.
Its battery, finally, must be 5,300 mAh, divided into two cells and with support for fast charging of 68 W.
Anyway, now we will have to wait for its presentation, which should happen later this month in China.
