A just reward. Bruno Lage has been voted best coach of the month for January in the Premier League, as announced on Friday. The Wolverhampton coach has made a strong impression on our English neighbors with his players during this first month of the 2022 calendar year. The Portuguese technician has indeed led Wolves to three successes in as many matches played in the Kingdom of His Majesty.
Neither Manchester United at Old Trafford (1-0), nor Southampton (3-1) or even Brentford (2-1) have been able to stand up to the current 8th in the Premier League. Bruno Lage, named on the bench of Molineux last summer in place of Nuno Espirito Santo, had never yet won this trophy.
