- Open WhatsApp and tap the three dots button in the upper right corner of the screen;
- Go to “Settings”;
- Tap your profile picture and then tap a photo camera icon;
- Select whether you want an image already saved in your phone’s gallery or take a selfie;
- Adjust image cropping and tap “Done” to change WhatsApp photo.
On iPhone (iOS)
- Open WhatsApp and tap “Settings” in the lower right corner of the screen;
- Tap your profile picture and then “Edit”;
- Tap “Edit” in the upper right corner again;
- Select “Take photo”, to take a selfie, or “Choose photo”, if you want to use an image already saved in the cell phone gallery;
- Adjust image cropping and tap “Choose” to change WhatsApp photo.
On WhatsApp Web
- Go to “web.whatsapp.com” (without quotes) and log in with your account;
- In the upper left corner, click your profile picture;
- Click on your current image and select “Take photo”, using your computer’s camera, or “Upload photo”, to select an existing image;
- Make framing adjustment and click the green button to change WhatsApp photo.
