Jake Paul has told Molly-Mae Hague her baby has been born just in time to watch Tommy Fury “get knocked out” in their upcoming fight.
Paul and Fury will look to settle their feud on February 26 in Saudi Arabia after two previous meetings between them have fallen apart. Fury pulled out of a fight against the American in December 2021 due to a broken rib and chest infection with a rescheduled clash between the rivals last August also being cancelled after US visa issues prevented Fury from travelling for the fight.
Whilst announcing his fight with Fury earlier this month, Paul let slip that Hague had given birth as he tweeted: “Fumbles has no excuses now. Baby is born. Money is massive. Immigration is not an issue.” Hague confirmed that and Fury welcomed a baby girl into the world last week as she uploaded a picture of their newborn baby to Instagram.

Paul was quick to comment on Hague’s post as he wrote: “Just in time to watch your dad get knocked out”. When answering questions from reporters this past weekend in London, Paul gave a sarcastic reply when asked about the leaking the news of Hague’s newborn. “Did I do that? I leaked it? Oh s***. My bad. I’m sorry Tommy, but don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone the gender or anything like that,” he jokingly said.
Fury and Hague met on the 2019 season of Love Island and have been together ever since. Hague admitted that Fury’s boxing career has limited the time they spent together during their pregnancy, telling iFL TV: “Me and Tommy communicate through FaceTime at this point. I think because he’s been away so much he sometimes forget, he has to be reminded a bit because he’s just away in camp land.”

Paul, who is unbeaten in six professional fights, picked up the biggest win of his career last October when he beat 47-year-old UFC legend Anderson Silva. Fury was supposed to fight Paul Bamba on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather vs Deji last November but had a last-minute opponent change as he faced Rolly Lambert in a short-notice exhibition fight that was un-scored.
Fury has promised to hand Paul his first defeat in the ring and end his boxing career for good when they meet next month, telling his rival: “I was beating better people than you when I was 14 in the amateurs, whilst you were messing around on Disney channel so don’t come here pretending you’re about it when you’re not. I am not an MMA fighter, I will school you.”
