On the course of the Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, from 23 to 25 September, the Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout will be staged.
108 athletes will participate in the event, which will be held over a distance of 54 holes and which will offer a total prize pool of $ 225,000 with the first coin of 33,750. Among these, there is also Roberta Liti, who last year closed in 55th place.
The Tuscan, 67 / a in the “Road to the LPGA”, is looking for a prestigious result on the second American women’s circuit.

From the geomorphological point of view, the territory of Arkansas can be divided into two great natural regions: the highlands of the west, which correspond to the region of the Ouachita Mountains and the Ozark plateau; and the lowlands that include the Mississippi floodplain and the coastal plain of the Gulf of Mexico.
To the northwest of this plain is Crowley’s Ridge, a wind sediment formation that forms a small chain with an average height of 150 meters and about 20 kilometers wide. The coastal plain of the Gulf of Mexico begins south of Little Rock and rises almost imperceptibly to an average height of about 90 meters.
This plain is full of pastures and allows for great development for farming in Arkansas. The highlands, the Ouachita Mountains and the Ozark plateau, are very different from the territory described above, as they have an average altitude of about 850 m a.s.l.
The highest point in the state, Mount Magazine (860m), is located in this area. The highlands are a wooded region with few inhabitants.
In the Ozark plateau the main heights are the Boston mountains, 600-meter hills that wind erosion has divided into stair sections and which subsequently formed steeper surfaces.
The Mississippi River, which borders the state to the east, is the main source of water for most of the waterways that run through the state: the Red, Ouchita, Arkansas and Saint Francis rivers.
There are also numerous lakes, most of which are artificial, built starting from 1940 in the north of the state.
