In Puidoux, Switzerland, everything is ready for the ASGI Lavaux Ladies Open, a LET Access tournament that will take place on the Golf de Lavaux course. This is the fourth to last event of the circuit before the end of the season and there will be seven Italians at the start who will try to get a prestigious result.

Puidoux includes the commercial area near Puidoux train station and the hamlets of Treytorrens (383 m asl) on the slope of Lavaux, La Croix (630 m asl) and Goy (682 m asl) above the vineyards, Publoz (620 m asl) in the Forestay valley, Vers la Chapelle (684 m asl) south of the village of Puidoux, Lôche (687 m asl) and Cremières (710 m asl) on the south-west slope of Mont Pelerin.

In addition, numerous farm settlements and individual farms also belong to the municipality. Neighboring municipalities of Puidoux are Bourg-en-Lavaux, Forel (Lavaux), Oron, Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin (Lavaux), Chexbres and Rivaz in the canton of Vaud and Granges (Veveyse) in the canton of Fribourg.
