Preston beat Huddersfield in the third round to reach this stage, and are having an inconsistent season themselves. They sit 11th in the Championship, though they are just four points off third.

With confident still fragile, any win will do for Spurs as they look to finally kick their season into gear, and another narrow victory could be on the cards.
