However, he quickly removed the word ‘former’ from his bio and clarified that he would still play in the league. This strange behavior from Donald caught many off guard.

Despite all the circus shows around the Los Angeles Rams, both Aaron Donald and Sean McVay will be back for next season. Matthew Stafford has already said he isn’t retiring and is motivated to be back next season.
The Rams are the reigning Super Bowl champions, but this season hasn’t gone well for them. Hopefully, they will be able to make some moves and become contenders again next season.
Aaron Donald has had a tough season
As mentioned earlier, it has been a backbreaking season for the reigning Super Bowl champions. They lost Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald, and Matthew Stafford due to injuries for most of the season.
Donald, who is usually not seen on IR, played just 11 games this season, registering 27 solo tackles, 22 assists, 5.0 sacks, and one fumble recovery.
