Serbian football star Nemanja Radonjic met Novak Djokovic in Turin and wished his fellow compatriot all the best ahead of the ATP Finals. Radonjic, who is set to represent Serbia at the upcoming Qatar World Cup, plays for Torino in Serie A.
This week, Djokovic arrived to Turin for the prestigious season-ending tournament. “The greatest of all time. Good luck bro (written in Serbian),” Radonjic tweeted.

Djokovic turns his focus on winning his sixth ATP Finals title
Djokovic, 35, is a five-time ATP Finals champion but he hasn’t had a winning run at the prestigious season-ending tournament since 2015.
Last week in Paris, Djokovic ended runner-up to Holger Rune in the final. After falling just short of winning Paris, Djokovic underlined he had no time to regret about the loss, instead switching his focus on making a run at the ATP Finals.
“Well, every tournament is important at this stage of my career. Anywhere I play, I try to win. That’s not a secret. That’s kind of my mentality and approach coming into Torino. I feel very good on the court. You know, I think I’m playing very, very good tennis,” Djokovic said.
On Thursday, Djokovic learned his group stage opponents in Turin. Djokovic was drawn in Red Group, which also features Stefanos Tsitsipas, Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev. “Of course I’m disappointed with the loss today, but I was very close.
It was just very few points that decided a winner. But the level of tennis that I’m playing is high, and I like my chances. You know, of course every match is like finals there. You know, there is no easy matches. You’ve got to be fit, fresh.
Good thing is that you have a day between every match in the group stage, so you have time to recover between each match, which is good,” Djokovic said. Djokovic plays Stefanos Tsitsipas in his ATP Finals opener.
