Novak Djokovic ending up 100% correct has ‘coronabros totally shook’

American radio host Clay Travis thinks athletes like Novak Djokovic, Aaron Rodgers and Kyrie Irving have “most of the sports media coronabros shook.” Djokovic, 35, is missing out on the US Open because he was denied entry into the US as an unvaccinated foreigner.

In the NFL, back-to-back league MVP Rodgers hasn’t been vaccinated against COVID-19. In the NBA, Irving refused to take the vaccine and was eventually cleared to play home games in Brooklyn. “Aaron Rodgers teeing off on NFL vax stooges is fantastic.

Rodgers, Kyrie and Djokovic all being crushed for their covid shot opinions by the media and then ending up 100% correct has most of the sports media coronabros totally shook,” Travis tweeted.

Travis praises ‘woke athlete’ Djokovic

Because of his vaccine stance, Djokovic has missed out on two Grand Slams this season.

As much as Djokovic wants to be competing at the biggest Grand Slams, nothing comes ahead of his beliefs and principles. Travis applauded Djokovic for sticking to his principles even though that is affecting his career. “Novak Djokovic gave up a chance at two majors he would have been favored to win over his refusal to get the useless covid shot,” Travis said after Djokovic’s withdrawal from the US Open.

“He actually gave up something by standing on principle, something you can’t say about any woke athlete over the past decade. Djokovic would have been the favorite at the Australian Open and he would have been the favorite at the US Open, and at minimum, he’s probably likely to have won at least one of those tournaments.

And there would have been a good chance based on the way he’s been playing, that he would win both, which would have made him the greatest tennis player in men’s tennis history, and maybe he could end up with more majors than any man or woman.

it’s not crazy to think that that would end up being the result. Instead, he has stood on principle over the benefit.”
