Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all on pre-season tours but the transfer business continues to come. After announcing Raheem Sterling and with a deal for Kalidou Koulibaly effectively complete, Chelsea have moved back to Jules Kounde while looing at Presnel Kimpembe after a bid for Manchester City’s Nathan Ake collapsed.
Mikel Arteta has now turned attention to Oleksandr Zinchenko after Arsenal missed out on Lisandro Martinez, while Lucas Paqueta remains an option further up the pitch. They look set to lose talented teenager Omari Hutchinson though, who is on the verge of signing for Chelsea.
Tottenham have agreed an initial £12.5m fee, rising to £20m, with Middlesbrough over right-back Djed Spence and he will undergo his medical at Hotspur Way today, with the club also linked to Sevilla defender Kounde. Follow all the latest news, rumours and gossip in our dedicated LIVE blog below!

Alderweireld on the move
Toby Alderweireld has returned to Belgium and signed for Royal Antwerp.

Negotiations with Saka continue
Arsenal are reportedly stepping up their attempts to secure Bukayo Saka’s future.
The 20-year-old is entering the final two years of his current contract, and there are fears that Manchester City could see him as an ideal replacement for Raheem Sterling.
Fabrizio Romano reports that negotiations with Saka are a priority for Arsenal, with discussions centred on his salary. Saka is believed to be happy with the situation at the club.
Chelsea to sign Arsenal teenager
Chelsea are set to sign Arsenal’s talented attacker Omari Hutchinson for the club’s academy teams, writes Nizaar Kinsella.
The 18-year-old winger is a coup for the Blues who have ambitious plans to strengthen their youth team, alongside their first team this summer.
They beat a host of clubs to his signature and poach a talent that the Gunners tried to keep in north London. The west Londoners have also renewed the contract of Bashir Humphreys until 2024, with an option for an extra year. The young defender recently won the Under-19s European Championships with England.

Barcelona push for Silva
The Barcelona money train continues to somehow stay on the tracks.
Reports in Spain suggest that they have agreed a fee of just under €80million for Bernardo Silva, likely as a replacement for Frenkie de Jong who they are pushing to join Manchester United this summer.
De Jong is yet to agree to the move, wanting his deferred wages at Barcelona to be paid in full first, but should he leave then Silva could well be leaving Manchester City and heading to Spain.
