Much bad luck for the young Italian in the UK event, and a new bad stop: Lorenzo Musetti became a negative protagonist at Queen’s ATP 500, retiring after the first set on his debut due to an injury remedied following a bad crash.
The Italian is not having a good time and has had to cope with this new physical problem in the groin, which could compromise his participation in Wimbledon. After the fall, the act of the Kazakh Aleksandr Bublik, who assisted and helped the young 20 year old to get up, was very beautiful.
The brief treatment with the physiotherapist did not allow the Italian to continue the match. We recall that the Queen’s tournament is on eof the most ancient tennis event ever, played just two weeks before Wimbledon in order players could train on grass-courts.
Here is the short video released by Tennis Tv on what happened at the Cinch Championships.
Rest up and recover soon, Lorenzo 😞
