9 in the world. Last year, Sinner made his maiden Masters final in Miami but failed to win his first Masters title after losing to Hubert Hurkacz in the final. On the other side, 19-year-old Alcaraz is already a two-time Masters champion and is enjoying a career-high ranking of No.
6 in the world. “Very good! But Alcaraz is more complete,” Bertolucci said in an interview with Il Napolista, per Sportskeeda. “Jannik is phenomenal in his head and physique, but he doesn’t have the same power, maybe even the weight of the ball.

Bertolucci hopes Sinner made the right decision
In February, Sinner stunned the tennis community when he announced he was parting ways with his long-time coach Riccardo Piatti.
Piatti guided Sinner to first ATP titles and a top-10 ranking but the 20-year-old Italian felt he needed something new in order to take his game to another level. “Piatti had his path in mind, I hope Jannik made the right choice.
He needs time, the net is not his habitat while for Alcaraz it is. But on the other hand, there is only one number one,” Bertolucci noted. At the Rome Masters, Sinner was asked if a straight-set loss to Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Australian Open was the reason why he fired Piatti.
“I don’t really want to talk about it again, but the defeat with Tsitsipas is not the reason for the break with Piatti. After the victories and the defeats it is always important to make an analysis. The choice came later and I would say that in seven years with Piatti I have won many matches,” Sinner said.
