Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul was left unimpressed in Dallas after a Mavericks fan reportedly accosted his family members in the stands.
An impassioned Paul took to Twitter following the Suns’ 111-101 loss in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals, expressing his frustration with the situation.

ESPN’s Dave McMenamin reported Paul’s mother had “hands put on her by Dallas fans” while Paul’s wife, Jada, was also reportedly pushed during the incident. To make matters worse, the incident took place in front of Paul’s children who felt “very unsafe.”
Video emerged from the arena, showing security escorting the Mavericks fan out of the stands.

The Mavericks released a statement following the game, saying the fan was “swiftly” removed from the game.
“The Dallas Mavericks are aware of an incident between a fan and the family of Chris Paul. It was unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” the team said, . “The Mavericks, along with American Airlines Center, swiftly removed the fan from today’s game.”
